My Story…
To me, the Akron Marathon is family. Before moving here in 2013, I was inspired to sign up and train for the half. That racing experience was one of the best I've ever had, and introduced me to a whole new community. I've been a participant ever since, if not racing, then volunteering or caring for the kids at home so my wife can volunteer or run. I hope you'll help me in my mission this year to raise $250 for local non-profits. My goal is to set an Akron Half Marathon personal record (PR).
