My Story…
I am running the Akron Half Marathon this year to support First Serve. I hope you will consider a donation in ANY amount to support this awesome cause.
The mission of First Serve is to build relationships with individuals and organizations from different cultural, ethnic, faith, and economic backgrounds. Annually, over 500 First Serve volunteers work on projects located at partner organizations and residential sites in the North Hill Community of Akron. Projects are designed to support the work these organizations are doing in the community while at the same time providing opportunities for volunteers to be immersed in the neighborhood.
