Boston Community Pediatrics (BCP) is the first nonprofit pediatric private practice in Massachusetts.
BCP continues to advance equity in pediatrics by helping families bypass extensive bureaucratic systems and hurdles and get the primary care, integrated care navigation, wellness, and mental health services they need. One of the most unique qualities about our practice is that this is a space for all children and their families; each family does not have the same needs or require the same set of services, however, all families know we are here to help whatever their situation may be.
We have been able to give families this consistent assurance and trust thanks in part to the generosity of donors like you. It has been one of my greatest honors to be a part of the BCP staff, which is why I am so thrilled to be serving as Team Captain for BCP's second participating in the Falmouth Road Race. Please join our movement to bring equity to pediatric healthcare by supporting my fundraising efforts - a gift of any size supports high-quality medical services that families not only deserve, but that can set them on a path toward health and wellness.
Description
BCP is bringing income and racial equity to pediatric healthcare by providing all families, but particularly those with low-income, with comprehensive, high-quality, culturally competent care that puts the patient at the forefront of its delivery model, regardless of their insurance coverage or ability to pay. BCP has three main goals: 1) Ensure Boston’s children have access to the highest quality pediatric health care; 2) Increase access to, and reduce the stigma of, mental health care; and 3) Address social determinants of health through comprehensive, relationship-driven care and resource navigation.
Join me by donating to team BCP for the 52nd annual Falmouth Road Race to help secure all BCP has achieved and to continue setting a new standard for how pediatric care should be delivered to all children.
