My Story…
David was the 2nd oldest grandchild in our family...the rock for his younger siblings and cousins. An example for so many of his younger cousins and so many of his friends. He chose the life of the Air Force and excelled just as he had as a young boy growing up in Auburn, MA. A leader, teammate, friend to all. A wonderful father, son and brother. He lost his life in Afghanistan, the victim of a senseless act of violence just because he was an American officer doing his job trying to work with others.
This foundation was born out of the love of his friends to continue his mission of leadership and teaching. The students of Auburn, MA are the beneficiaries of all funds raised with the awarding of scholarships and grants. The Town of Auburn is the beneficiary of an amazing monument built on the grounds of Auburn High School (an open garden/learning space).
