Thrilled to be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of The Herren Project this year! In 2019 I found my way to Herren Wellness, with no hope left in me. But they helped me begin the life saving journey of recovery and this year I celebrated FIVE years of continuous sobriety.
I can think of no better way to celebrate my recovery with those I love than running and supporting an organization that has given me my life back!
We DO recover and it is SO worth it!
