I'm thrilled to be returning to the Falmouth Road Race on team MSPCA-Angell! Their tireless care for, support of, and advocacy on behalf of animals means so much to me. I continue to be so grateful to my friends and communities for supporting my efforts to bring essential funds to where they're needed most. Please support me by donating today! Truly no donation is too small; many streams make a mighty river and you have helped me fundraise tens of thousands of dollars over the years, often in increments of $5 or $10, all in support of the MSPCA. Every donation thrills and humbles me; I am proud to be supported by every single dollar that you're able to give. 

MSPCA-Angell cares for animals in so many ways: community and owner education, legal advocacy, veterinary care, adoption services for homeless animals, emergency services, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, and so much more. Despite the similarity in names, they aren't affiliated with any other SPCAs and don't receive any state or federal funding, so it's especially meaningful to be a Massachusetts runner, running famous Massachusetts road races, and giving back to animals in need in my home state and back yard. 

I love running* and I love running for a cause** even more. I may not be a fast runner but I am a damn determined runner, and it makes me so excited to be able to pound the pavement for a charity that adds such tremendous value to the lives of our most vulnerable and treasured four-footed friends. My first FRR was with team MSPCA-Angell in 2022 and it was an absolute blast, despite the tough weather and a season of injuries. I'm stoked to return in what will no doubt be equally tough weather, but -- knock on wood -- injury-free!
