I'm so excited to be running for Team MSPCA for the third year in a row! It wasn't until I signed up for this race in 2022 that I ever considered running- not for exercise and *certainly* not for pleasure. I was surprised and thrilled when I discovered it to be so beneficial to my mental health! Running makes me feel strong and capable and I love to challenge and push myself.
I can't wait to run alongside my colleagues this year and support a cause that is so close to my heart!
