My Story…
Hi, I'm Jessica Sherman and I am running the Falmouth Road Race again this year for WellStrong! WellStrong is more than just a gym for people in recovery. It is an amazing community here on Cape Cod, whose mission is to support and nurture the wellbeing of those seeking a life in recovery. The support system of WellStrong creates an environment of healing, strength, and empowerment.
I moved down to the Cape about three and half years ago, with no plan on staying, but here I am! The support and love I have found not only on Cape Cod, but within WellStrong has truly changed my life. I've struggled with addiction since I was a teenager and it wasn't until I moved to Cape Cod that the change was sparked inside of me. I am so excited and honored to be a part of the 2024 WellStrong Team!
