Support CCALS!
I am running The Falmouth Road Race again this year as a part of the CCALS Team in honor of my Uncle Mike.
He was diagnosed with ALS in the summer of 2022 and has been fighting strong ever since. Everyone that meets Uncle Mike immediately like him. He is the funniest person you will ever meet, the life of the party (every event is better when he's there!), unbelievably kind to everyone he meets, and the strongest person I have ever met. I am so incredibly lucky to have him as my Uncle and it is an honor to run for a charity that has helped him navigate through this horrible disease.
Donations of any amount would be greatly appreciated and will help support a great cause as CCALS helps individuals diagnosed with ALS and their families receive the necessary resources to deal with the difficulties of the disease.
Thank you in advance!
Description
CCALS offers an innovative and holistic range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals with ALS and their families. The services we offer are typically not covered by insurance. CCALS works with families in New England, across the United States, and internationally. The organization provides resources including equipment, educational workshops, Medicaid assistance, guidance and awareness in living with ALS, caregiving, and end-of-life issues. All funds raised through the Falmouth Road Race go directly to assisting families with ALS.
