My Story…
I am very excited & honored to be running the Falmouth Road Race and raising funds for Old Colony Hospice for the 3rd year! I run for Old Colony Hospice in memory of my wonderful Grampy, Dave Durand. He received exceptional end-of-life care from Old Colony Hospice during his courageous battle with cancer in 2021. After seeing all the amazing work OCH does, I wanted to find a way to support their mission. Running Falmouth is a perfect way for me to do this- I'm able to support a great organization and run in a beautiful place that was very special to my Grampy. I was lucky enough to be apart of some very special memories with my Grampy in Falmouth, especially biking the Shining Sea path and visiting Seafood Sam's. I love returning to such a special place to do something that I know my Grampy would be very proud of.
