Help Sarah raise money

On August 18th, I will be running alongside friends, coworkers, and new acquaintances to support The Willie Fund. The Willie Fund was established in honor of William J. Finigan, known to most as "Willie," who passed away in August 2021 from Squamous Cell Carcinoma, a type of head and neck cancer. This fund works directly with the Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary and the dedicated doctors who treated Willie, allocating all donations specifically to further research for Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

While the race attracts Olympians, elite athletes, and superhumans from around the world, I must confess that I won’t be competing with the elite. My goals are simple: to finish, have fun, not trip over my own shoelaces, and raise money for a great cause (... and potentially eat some ice cream at the end).

I hope you will consider supporting this important cause. 100% of the funds raised go to The Willie Fund, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and The Jimmy Fund, all causes near and dear to my heart. I am thrilled for the opportunity to give back to these institutions and support those fighting cancer. Beyond Willie, these fantastic institutions—and many like them around the world—have treated and supported friends and family members in fighting cancer.
