Why I Run
I’m honored to be able to run in the Falmouth Road Race with team EMC this August. EMC’s mission is to make pregnancy and childbirth safe, equitable, and respectful for every mother, everywhere, a cause I believe in deeply. After giving birth to my son in 2023 via an unplanned cesarean, I realized how privileged I was to have the care I needed, when I needed it. Without that, my son and I would likely not be here today, which is the devastating reality many mothers still face in the world. Supporting team EMC is one small way I can try to make an impact, and I’d love any support you’re willing to provide.

Please support my fundraising efforts for the ASICS Falmouth Road Race. Running is an important part of the Every Mother Counts outreach because distance is often the biggest barrier to pregnant women and their families getting the maternal health care they need. With your help, we can make pregnancy and childbirth safe, equitable and respectful for every mother. No donation is too small!
