I am a trauma survivor and this cause is dear to me.  I think it's important that as a survivor I support causes that support other survivors.  I am currently overweight from the effects of PTSD triggers and depression and I want to challenge myself and others like me to step outside of our comfort zones to set goals and continue to overcome what we CAN overcome.

I am excited to be running for Mildred's Dream Foundation (MDF) at the 2024 Asics Falmouth Road Race. 

Please consider donating to help me support MDF's commitment to provide financial resources to nonprofit organizations that focus their advocacy and programming work in three areas:

Physical and Mental health
Domestic violence
