When I considered running the 2024 Falmouth Road Race, I wanted to join a team and fundraise for a cause that was meaningful to me. As a mental health counselor, mental and physical well-being are both a huge part of my life. Running and raising money for Mildred's Dream Foundation not only honors my passion for wellness, but it also (serendipitously) honors my grandmother, Mildred - who greatly influenced my decision to become a mental health counselor and who was always a model for staying active. I run this race in her honor and for all of the essential organizations that Mildred's Dream Foundation benefits.

I am excited to be running for Mildred's Dream Foundation (MDF) at the 2024 Asics Falmouth Road Race.
