My Story…
This year, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race with the goal of raising money for the Latham Center; an educational and therapeutic program that supports adults and children with disabilities. The Latham Center is a non profit organization internationally renowned for their success with individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. I am running for my friend Ruby- a PWS warrior. When I met Ruby and her family in 2021, I thought it would be a 3 month summer babysitting job prior to starting grad school. Little did I know that 3 years later she would be one of my biggest inspirations and my best friend. Ruby has taught me to never give up and always put my best foot forward. She inspires me everyday to be a better person and I am so grateful for her and her family. Please consider donating to this amazing program, whose mission is “to create opportunities for independence, self-worth, and happiness for children and adults with complex special needs.” Thank you!
Donate to help Melissa raise money for The 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race’s fundraising campaign.
