Hello family, friends and colleagues!
After a year off, I'm taking on the rolling hills of the 2024 Asics Falmouth Road Race on Sunday, August 18th to support the Alzheimer's Association!
This disease hits close to home as my mother and late grandfather were diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I'm humbled to wear the TEAM ALZ singlet not only in support of my family, but also for the many friends/coworkers who have shared their stories, the over 6 million Americans living with the disease, and the countless unpaid caregivers.
