My Story....
Hello Friends and Family,
This year, I am incredibly proud to be running the Falmouth Road Race, not just for the challenge, but for a cause very close to my heart. I'm taking strides to raise funds for the FSHD Society, an organization dedicated to fighting Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD). FSHD is one of the most prevalent forms of muscular dystrophy, affecting thousands of people across the globe, causing muscle weakness and loss that can lead to serious hardships in daily life.
Running this race gives me a unique opportunity to support the groundbreaking research and vital support services that the FSHD Society provides. Each mile I conquer at the Falmouth Road Race represents a step closer to a potential cure, and a beacon of hope for those living with FSHD.
I need your help to reach my donation goal and make a significant impact. Your support means more than just fueling my run; it means empowering the FSHD Society's mission to deliver treatments and, ultimately, a cure. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. Together, we can change lives.
Thank you for your generosity and support. Let's make every step count!
With lots of love,
Emilie
