Help Ana raise money

Hi everyone! My name is Ana Imrie and I’m so excited to run the Falmouth Road Race for team Best Buddies this August! 

In the Fall, my friend Jake asked if I wanted to train with him to run the race. As a member of the Bridgewater State University Women’s Cross Country and Track team, I was more than excited to do so. Jake and I have been training together twice a week throughout the school year and I can’t wait to see how we do! 

Best Buddies has been an important part of my life, especially in High School. As the Vice President of my school’s chapter in High School, it was here where I found my passion for my future career. My experience with Best Buddies is what pushed me to want to pursue my Bachelor in Severe Disabilities Special Education, and in one year, my Masters in this as well. 

Best Buddies has played such an instrumental role in not only my life, but the lives of so many of my friends with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is so meaningful to me to be able to raise money for an organization that does so many amazing things for children and adults with IDD. And of course, as a runner I am incredibly excited to run this race as well.
