I'm running the 52nd ASICS Falmouth Road Race for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation
I will be lacing up yet again to run the 2024 Falmouth Race for the Joe Andruzzi Foundation with my girl gang. For those who know me, you know how passionate I am about running. I run for my physical and mental health. I run for the fun days (but mostly because it involves brunch and mimosas at the end. I run for those who can't. And most importantly I run this race to raise money for cancer patients who are suffering financially due to expensive treatments that aren't covered by insurance. I'm grateful that yet again, I will get another opportunity to run with my running pal Dawn, who continues to run despite having stage 4 colon cancer. For those of you who have met her, you all know how amazing and selfless of a person she is. I run for her and patients like her. I would be so grateful if you could donate to this wonderful cause and help those who are less fortunate than us. Thank you in advance!

JAF is committed to providing assistance to patients of all ages, any cancer, throughout New England who are struggling financially due to a cancer diagnosis. JAF understands that everyday living expenses don’t stop because of a diagnosis, and JAF provides various programs to help patients make ends meet. Because patients and families must often devote all their energy and resources toward treatment, the Foundation helps alleviate financial and emotional stress by providing grants to assist with rent/mortgage, transportation to treatment, food, and more. Through our Assistance Programs and Wellness Assistance, the grant recipients can focus on their cancer treatment and not the financial distress that comes with it.
