The Duffy Health Center has teamed up with the Patrick Graham Foundation for the 2024 Falmouth Road Race to raise money for a great cause! Go Team Duffy & thank you for your contribution!
Duffy Health Center Mission: Provide equitable, integrated primary health care and support services to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod, and to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized populations through community collaborations, leadership, and advocacy.
Patrick Graham Foundation Mission: The Foundation is guided by a simple mission: No one should suffer from a drug addiction alone or feel shame associated with the disease. We support non-profit foundations that are doing work to assist those suffering from addiction.
