This is my 4th year running the Falmouth road race on behalf of Team WellStrong!  I love running this race and it's such an honor to be a part of this amazing organization which helps so many people trying to recover from addiction.   

My introduction to WellStrong was in 2018.  WellStrong's mission is to create safe, supportive communities of people in recovery from substance use disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation. The support of peers, all aiming to achieve their goals, creates an environment of healing, strength and empowerment.  

This has become one of the most important events to me every year. Through recovery,  I've learned to give back.  And this is just one way I try to show my gratitude to the individuals who have helped me.
