Help Brooke raise money

For participating in The 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race

My Story…

As a graduate nutrition student pursuing a career as a Registered Dietitian, I am dedicated to supporting organizations that align with my personal and professional values. I believe everyone should have access to nutritious food and I appreciate the work Community Servings does to broaden food access for those in need.

Description

COMMUNITY SERVINGS BELIEVES IN THE ASTONISHING POWER OF FOOD

Community Servings is a food and nutrition non-profit dedicated to providing medically tailored meals to individuals and their families suffering from critical and chronic illness.  In their 34 year history they have provided over 13 million meals to our most vulnerable neighbors across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  I am proud to partner with them and the Falmouth Road Race to raise funds and help to advance their mission and feed even more people too sick to shop or cook for themselves.

Community Servings' mission:

"Our mission is to actively engage the community to provide medically tailored, nutritious, scratch-made meals to chronically and critically ill individuals and their families. We commit, in all our programs and business practices, to prioritize racial and economic justice and health equity."

$35 dollars feeds one of their clients for a full week;
$70 feeds a client for 2 weeks; and a
$120 donation feeds someone for an entire month!
