This summer, I celebrate my 55th birthday and 23 years living with breast cancer. I'm also participating in the 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race to support the vital breast cancer research at Mass General, where I've received all my care since my first diagnosis in 2001.

My journey with breast cancer began over two decades ago, and through both my first and second diagnoses, (multiple surgeries, chemo, radiation, etc. etc. etc.), Mass General has been there for me. The dedicated team at MGH has provided exceptional care and support. Now, I want to give back and help advance the research that could make a difference for countless others facing this disease.

As a Nationally Board-Certified Wellness Coach and the founder of Thrive Guide Health Coaching, I'm passionate about helping women navigate life's challenges and find their path to thriving. My experiences with breast cancer have deeply informed my work and my perspective on life. They've taught me the importance of resilience, self-care, and the power of mindset.
