My Story…
Hello!
My name is Ella Ashley I am a Cape Cod local and a nursing student at Cape Cod Community College!
I have ran the Falmouth Road Race once before but this time I wanted to do it in a way which I could give back to my community! That is why this year I will be running for Recovery Without Walls!
“Dedicated to helping women heal” Recovery Without Walls is a non profit organization offering holistic services and support to women on Cape following treatment for substance abuse, depression and anxiety.
Their Mission:
“…as the only all-women’s long-term program on Cape Cod, is to create innovative solutions and promote long term recovery for women on Cape Cod affected by addiction and related trauma, and to help them build upon their sobriety with an additional overall goal of making Barnstable county a better, healthier place to live.”
