My Story…
Growing up my family would spend a lot of the summers down in Falmouth enjoying the water either fishing at Washburn Island or swimming at Falmouth Heights.
To continue on my love for the water and Cape Cod I attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy graduating with a Bachelors in Marine Engineer and my 3rd Assistant Engineers license. Following graduation I served as a Submarine Officer for 5 years, serving onboard the fast attack submarine USS Toledo (SSN 769) out of Groton, CT and Norfolk, VA. After separating from Active Duty I continued my service with the Navy Reserves as a member of the Submarine Forces Atlantic Reservist Unit based in Norfolk, VA.
As a civilian I went on to work at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine for their Deep Submergence Systems Program as an Engineer. I have a beautiful wife and two amazing daughters who keep me active every day. Fitness has always been a foundation for my daily routine as I strive to be able to keep up with my daughters as they grow up!
