Help Moe raise money

I have served as the Outreach Services Coordinator for the CSNP since 2019. I couldn't have imagined back then what I would gain from working with our diabetic and hypertensive patrons. Watching the growth and positive changes in their lives reminds me daily why I said yes 5 years ago. Our fundraising supports all that we do: case management, nutrition education, grocery assistance, and signing individuals up for insurance. Everything we do is at no cost to the community. As the demand for our services increases, we thank you for your generosity in supporting our program, our services, and especially our patrons. Thank you!
