Help Ashley raise money

Hello everyone, 

For those of you who know me well, you know that I am passionate about breaking mental health stigma. I believe a big reason suicides happen is that people have tried to reach out and were not heard or they did not feel safe enough to reach out in the first place. 

I want to bring awareness to suicide prevention to ensure that more individuals know where they can go for help, but also to help individuals learn more about how to support individuals struggling with suicide in the community. While hospitals and mental health programs are great for stabilization, it is important that people have the support of their natural supports as well. The Centre for Suicide Prevention provides information and training to people interested in learning more about how to prevent suicide and how to support individuals. 

Thank you for your donation. Every dollar and every conversation about mental health brings us one step closer to breaking more and more stigma. I hope to live in a world where mental health stigma does not stop individuals from seeking and receiving support.
