By participating in this run, we aim to raise vital funds to support pediatric cancer research and provide essential resources for affected families. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to breakthroughs in treatment and a future where every child can live a healthy, cancer-free life. Our involvement in this cause is driven by our team spirit and the values we uphold. We believe in teamwork, perseverance, and the power of community. Description
Hello! Our team is lacing up in support of the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO) to help make a meaningful impact in childhood cancer care, both in our community and beyond.
POGO works tirelessly to ensure that every child and family affected by childhood cancer has access to the best possible care and support. We’re fortunate to have a POGO Clinic right here at the Grand River Hospital, providing invaluable resources to children and their families in treatment.
We invite you to consider making a donation—either as part of our team or as an individual contribution. Every donation will be reflected in our team’s overall goal.
On behalf of the children and youth currently undergoing treatment or follow-up care, as well as the many survivors facing late effects from their cancer treatments, thank you for being their champion and supporting this crucial cause!
