Race Kit Pick Up
We will not be having race pick up before the event. We have decided to double the number of people at the registration table the day of the event to make sure that the line move quickly.
We do not ship kits.
Emails, event page and facebook event page will be updated with any event updates.

Event Location and start times.
Monster Colour 5k will be held on Saturday, Sept 14th, starting wave begins at 9am and the following wave starts every 10 min.
Location: Northeast River Valley Park - 903 153 Ave NE, Edmonton, AB T5Y 6K8

Parking And Directions
Parking is free in and around Northeast River Valley Park

Running With Children
Participants who are 8 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult (18+). Kids 5 and under do not need to register for 5k or 10k ticket to do the run. Kids 5 and under will not receive mandilion and colour packs unless they perches kids pack for $20. Wheelchairs, strollers and pushchairs are permitted on course however please note that the terrain on the course may vary. (Hills, roads, pathways, grass, unpaved trails). Each city will have a unique course as no two locations will be the same.

Safety First
Faster runners please keep to the left when running. Participants that are walking and with strollers, etc keep to the right. If running with small children it is a good idea to hold children's hands as you go through the colour stations. Please at all times have your race wrist band on as this is how we know you're a participant in the run. If you need assistance on the course look for race volunteers and ask for assistance.

EVENT DAY INFORMATION
The Charity hosting the event will send you an event information pack to your email a couple of weeks before the big day. But here’s a bit more information to help you plan your day.

On the day...
Get there in plenty of time so that you can soak up the colourful atmosphere! There will be merchandise stalls so you can put the finishing touches to your outfit, plus other entertainment.

Before the run…
Our MC will have you playing games and getting warmed up ready for the main event. The warm-up will include some simple moves to get everyone going.

On the course…
Run, jog, walk, dance around the course and through each of our coloured Monster Stations: There will be four colourful powder, bubbles and music at various station through out the course.

At the finish…
Celebrate with your fellow Monster Runners at the colour festival and make sure you take plenty of Selfie to make colourfull memories.

After the event…
