HOKA Trilogy Run Asia Baguio Leg 3 Virtual Run Mechanics

Run Virtually from November 4-10, 2024

For runners originally registered for September 29 that are unable to join the race last November 3, we are offering a Virtual Run from November 4-10, 2024.

You can run or walk at any location and time during this period, using a GPS-tracking app, smartwatch, or treadmill.

Step-by-Step Guide for Submitting Virtual Run Results for HOKA Trilogy Run Asia Baguio Leg 3

1. Go to the Race Roster site of HOKA Trilogy Run Asia Baguio. On the left side of the page, click Submit Your Virtual Run Results. Alternatively, you may click this link for the direct page.

2. Verify Your Registration: Before submitting your results, log in to confirm your Race Roster account or enter your confirmation number and last name to verify your registration for this event. You can find your confirmation number on your participant dashboard.

3. Submit Your Race Results: Enter your race details and upload proof of your run.

• Photo of your smartwatch/treadmill screen showing the completed run

Ensure that the date, time, and distance are clearly shown in your submission.

Results based on accumulated runs or walks will not be accepted. Only submit one (1) set of race details corresponding to the full race distance in one go.

4. Submission Deadline: November 10, 2024

Confirmation and Distribution of Finisher’s Entitlements:

Once you submit your race results, our team will review and validate your submission. After validation, please expect a confirmation email with updates on the delivery of your finisher’s entitlements.

Your finisher’s items, including the medal, drawstring bag, and 32K finisher’s shirt, will be shipped together in one package. Shipping will commence on November 15, 2024, following the completion of race result validations. The organizer will cover the one-time shipping fee.

Important Reminders

• Awards and Recognition: Virtual runners are not eligible for podium finishes or age-group category awards. These recognitions are reserved exclusively for onsite participants from the November 3, 2024 event in Baguio City.

• Eligibility for Virtual Run: Only participants registered by the original cutoff date of September 29 are eligible for the virtual run, with free delivery of their race kit entitlements. Registrations made after this date do not qualify for the virtual run. Additionally, runners who participated onsite on November 3 are not eligible for the virtual run.
