2024 Rochester Spring Classic 15K , 5K & FREE Kids Mile

Welcome to the 2024

Rochester Spring Classic

The Rochester Spring Classic consists of a 15K, 5K, and FREE 1-mile Kids Fun Run. This event is hosted by the Rochester Running Club, and will take place from Slatterly Park.

The 5K & 15K courses will include an out and back on scenic paved bike trails along the Zumbro River in and around downtown Rochester. First 100 paid participants will receive a race gift.

Event Schedule:

• 8:30 am - Kid's 1 Mile Fun Run
• 9:00 am- 15K
• 9:05 am - 5K

Age group medals for male & female for the 5K and 15K are:

1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60,69, 70-79 & 80+

The race cost is as follows:

FREE - 1 Mile Kids Fun Run

$25 - 5K (through March 31, 2024) / $30 - 5K (4/1 - 5/2).

$30 - 15K (through March 31, 2024) / $35 - 15K (4/1 - 5/2).

The 5K & 15K will each increase $5 on race day.

Race day morning: packet pickup will be at Slatterly Park from 7am-8:45am, and race day registration from 7:30am - 8:15am. Due to a race staffing shortage, we will have a firm 8:15am cutoff for race day registration. The race day registration price is $35 - 5K, and $40 - 15K (Rochester Running Club members take $5 off). We have a race gift for the first 100 registrants, and we're nearly capped (no pun intended...), so if you're registering after 5pm on May 1st, please know that we're one or two registrations from hitting 100, and the only gift you may end of with is the gift of friends, exercise and the perfect temperature for a Spring run!

*As of 5:20pm on Wednesday, May 1st, there is an expected high of 59 degrees, and a 52% chance of morning showers, according to the weather channel app. Please prepare accordingly.
