Once again this year I will be participating in Steps for Kids to support children's mental health programs offered by Lutherwood. It is so important to help local kids have access to the mental health treatment they need close to home.
Did you know over 70% of mental health challenges begin during childhood? Between the ages of 6 and 18, kids face the highest risk of developing long-term mental health challenges that can significantly impact their lives.
Helping kids at an early age is key - it can mean the difference between facing life-long challenges or laying a strong foundation for their future.

From our Children's Mental Health Centre to Safe Haven Youth Services, every dollar raised contributes directly to providing crucial support when they need it most.
