Help nancy raise money

Excited to be the captain of our team for this 10K. I’m a colon cancer survivor, and thrilled to say that I’m now part of the survivorship program at UCSF.  Last year, I went through an intense battle with cancer(surgery and chemo), but thanks to amazing care at UCSF and support from my FC team, friends and family, I’m cancer-free and doing great!

Why:

We are doing this for everyone who’s fighting cancer right now, for those who’ve beaten it, and in memory of those we’ve lost. Every step we take is a shout-out to their strength and a push for a cure.

To Raise Awareness: This is our chance to spread the word about colon cancer and the importance of early detection. From my own experience, I know just how crucial this is.

To Connect: It’s also about bringing people together. Patients, care team, doctors.... Whether you’re participating, cheering us on, or supporting from afar, we’re all part of this journey. Your support means the world!
