Our story…
The "Furze Family" has been participating in Kicking PancreAS since 2022. We walk in support of our father and father-in-law, Glenn. Glenn was diagnosed with Stage 2 Pancreatic Cancer on May 11, 2021. Glenn continues to fight, stay strong and be positive for his family.
Glenn resides in Nova Scotia, and we live in New Brunswick, so since we haven't been physically able to be there for him throughout this time, we try to show our support and encouragement by doing this walk each year in his honour. We hope that by raising funds for Craig's Cause, we are giving other families the hope and support that our family has received.
