Since 1967, CAP Sonoma has been a force of change for youth and families by combating poverty and increasing opportunities for the county’s most vulnerable populations.
The organization’s mission is to be a catalyst of equitable transformation, aligning partners and resources to implement values-based, data-driven, community-led solutions that help families reach their full potential.
CAP Sonoma utilizes a Whole Family Approach to help families achieve long-term economic stability by focusing on the talents, resources, needs, challenges and assets of each family we serve.
