I have been a part of the Center for Well-Being for 3 years.  I quickly became part of a team that is committed to providing health services and wellness programs to our communities.  The Center offers support through dieticians, health educators, public health professionals and exercise specialists. I joined the team as an Exercise Physiologist at the HeartWorks Cardiac Rehab Facility.  This position has been a very rewarding experience. I am so passionate about the work we do at the Center.  I work with cardiac patients daily to help manage their risk factors and get them moving again to strengthen their bodies and increase their aerobic capacity!  Our Phase 2 and Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab programs are a safe and motivating place for cardiac patients to recover from heart surgeries or events that have impacted them and their families.  We help build confidence and offer support during this time.   At the Center for Well Being, there is a dedicated team behind scenes working hard to better our communities.
