Help Tammy raise money

I am walking for Mental Health and Suicide Awareness. I am walking in honour of my warrior, Ruby Powder who tried for many years to navigate the deep mental pain that continued to try to take her over. She fought for a long time and she fought hard, until she could not anymore. We need more compassion about Mental Illness and how we speak about people who are acting in a way we do not understand. Perhaps if we can learn to have more compassion for mental illness, more people who are struggling can say, I am struggling, I need help. There is so much shame that has been built around Mental Illness. I wish my daughter was able to tell someone. So, I am walking for my girl and for others who are coming along that need compassion and kindness to navigate this incredibly tough world. Thank you for supporting me.
