Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth provided our family so much care and compassion last June as we said good-bye to a very special woman-our mum, grandma and great-grandma Jean Walker. Rotary Hospice took such good care of Jean and we want to pay it forward by raising funds to assist future families in their time of need, in memory of our mum.
