Conquering 36 flights for Lung Health in full firefighter turnout gear
On November 3, 2024, I'll be taking on the Stair Heroes Challenge in support of the Lung Association of Nova Scotia and I need your help to reach the top!
Wearing full turnout gear, I'll be climbing 36 flights of stairs to simulate the challenges that firefighters face in emergency situations. This physically demanding task is a small testament to the challenges all our first responders face.
Your donation will help support vital lung health research, education, and advocacy programs in Nova Scotia. Every step I take (and every stair I climb!) brings us closer to a future where everyone can breathe easy.
