My Story…
Jacob has been using the YMCA child care services since he was a toddler. He also has taken swimming lessons and attends camp yearly to boost his confidence and help him make lots of friends. The YMCA has been a great support to him, from helping him take his first steps, express his emotions, build new skills and making meaningful connections.
This year Jacob is walking 5K in order to help other children be able to attend summer camp, a program he looks forward to every year!
Description
I’m participating in this year’s YMCA Charity 5K because I believe all kids deserve a chance to experience the joy and adventures of camp and make some lasting memories in the great outdoors.
The YMCA’s goal this year is to raise enough money to ensure 500 more kids from the GTA get to have that awesome experience.
Will you please help me raise funds and reach my goal of sending a kid to camp? All contributions important and appreciated.
