6 years ago my life changed when I heard the words "You have cancer". Those words and the year that followed made an imprint on my heart, soul, mind, and my body. Cancer took me to my edge much of comfort in so many ways, much life exercise and movement can sometimes do. But when we push through, lean into the uncomfortable sometimes we can come out on the other side feeling stronger and more empowered.
