My Story
As many of you know, I love going to the Toronto Zoo. Last year I participated in the Cheetah Fit Challenge and used it as a way to spread awareness about Cheetah Conservation and to begin my running journey. By participating in this run I am raising money for a cause and place that I love and getting to see how I have grown as a runner!
Description
With a goal of $75,000, funds raised from this year’s event will continue to support your Zoo’s efforts to preserve endangered species, breed, and reintroduce endangered animals into the wild, and create opportunities to reconnect people with nature. Additionally, 50% of funds raised will support the International Rhino Foundation through the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy’s Wilding Endangered Species Fund, furthering your Toronto Zoo’s conservation efforts worldwide.
