Our story…

In October 2023, at the age of 44, I was given devastating news that the breast cancer I had in 2019 had come back and metastasized to other areas of my body now making my new diagnosis Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer.

I have made a conscious effort to LIVE my life with positivity and gratitude. I’m also going to be “all in” when it comes to fighting for my life and the lives of others living with MBC.

I decided to take on hosting this event because METAvivor is the only foundation that contributes all of its funding to Stage 4 breast cancer research. This critical research is what brings forth cutting edge medications and treatments that are allowing people living with MBC to do just that…continue to live. And I’m hopeful, with more research, there will ultimately be a cure for breast cancer!
