I'm running the Homeboy 5K to support Homeboy Industries, a remarkable organization that provides second chances for formerly incarcerated individuals. As a public defender, I see the lifetime struggles of people caught in cycles of incarceration, and I know firsthand the impact that programs like Homeboy have in breaking that cycle. Homeboy offers job training, education, and support, empowering people to rebuild their lives. I’m running for my clients who can’t, and for everyone who deserves a chance at redemption.
