We are excited to have found a beautiful new home for our previous MammothMarch New Jersey: After three years at Allamuchy Mountain, we are thrilled to host MammothMarch Hudson Valley at Harriman State Park – the second-largest State Park in New York featuring 31 lakes, two beaches, public camping areas, miles of streams and scenic roads as well as scores of wildlife species & vistas.
The Hudson Valley is steeped in history, natural beauty, culture, and a burgeoning food and farmer’s market scene. No wonder why National Geographic Traveler named this region a “Top 20 Best of the World Destinations” and Lonely Planet describes the Hudson River Valley as “a real city break, with leafy drives & wineries”.
Our scenic 20-mile single-circuit hiking route starts and finishes at Lake Welch and leads along Long Path, Beech Trail, Arden Surebridge Trail and many more – all ready for you to conquer on October 5, 2024.
Take a look at what's included:
Please note that the route will be made available for download approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Please note that the route is preliminary and may be adjusted due to weather issues, official directives and/or organizational matters. The route will be marked 1-2 days prior to event day. Should we notice parts of the route being inaccessible, extremely wet/muddy we will of course adapt it to local conditions at short notice.
