Start time is July 20 2024 at 11:00am, route is once around Quidi Vidi lake on the trail.
After the event everyone is invited down to Jack Astor's for a free beer (or non-alcoholic beverage)
Race Kit pick up:
Thursday July 18 & Friday July 19th 4:30-6:30 at Running Room St. John's NL
