Visit the Virtual Run mechanics tab for more details.
I registered for the actual Pride Run 2024 race. Can I transfer my registration to the Virtual Run category?
RUNRIO will entertain transfers until May 31 only.
If you originally selected delivery for your race kit and paid the fee, your inclusions/entitlements will no longer be delivered before the race. Instead, yours will be delivered at least 2 weeks after June 29--the deadline for submission of results. Expect to receive your singlet and medal.
However, if you selected onsite kit claiming at any of our three venues (SM Megamall, SM North, SM MOA) as your kit claiming option, this will automatically be disregarded. Since you did not pay a delivery fee upon original registration, you must first settle the appropriate fee for your delivery address. Once proof of payment is submitted, only then shall your registration be transferred to the Virtual Run category. Expect to receive your singlet and medal at least 2 weeks after June 29--the deadline for submission of results.
