We have a new course this year in Bowring Park, and a new charity SPCA!
Run Date August 11 @ 11:00am we start west end of the park (Check Map)
Chip timed 5K and post party Jack Astor's after for a free beer
Great news we have an awesome medal with a matching buff this year.
