My Story…
Sixteen years...but the work is not done.
It's no secret that Lowell Humane Society is my second home. The mission became engrained in my very being from my very first day stepping through the doors as an animal caregiver in 2008.
The incredible team of staff, volunteers and fosters put in blood, sweat and tears every day to provide the utmost care for the pets who need them. I wish that our love and care was enough for them-but they also need medication, food, surgery and other specialized care.
None of those things are free.
YOU can make a difference for pets like Wednesday, a poor little puppy who had a broken leg.
YOU can make a difference for pets like Splashy the kitten who had bilateral microopthalmia.
YOU can make a difference for pets who need medical care, by making a gift today.
Please consider making a donation or, even better, join in on the fundraising by creating your own page to raise money for the pets who need us most. Ask just 10 friends for a $10 donation.
Don't be shy-you're asking for the animals, not for yourself. You're asking them to join in a very special mission of saving lives; we can only do it together!
