My Story…
In 2021, I heard the words "One Step Away From Cancer" when visiting my OBGYN. I tested positive for precancerous cervical cancer cells. This was a huge wake call to be better about not just my prevention, but also to have the conversation with my family. After discussing it with my mom I found out both she and my grandmother suffered from the same issue. We have to normalize the conversation. Thankfully I had the support of my sisters at Sue's Gift to get me through those times. We are here to lift each other up, share the love, and fight this terrible disease.
